JOB OVERVIEW
Sales executives sell the company’s services. Customers may include businesses, governmental organizations and individuals, both in KWT and abroad. Sales executives approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with clients. Also responsible for making repeat sales to their employer’s existing customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in theindustry;
· researching and analyzing sales options.
· Sells the services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;recommending solutions.
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;researching and recommending new opportunities;

Job Title: Air Freight Manager
Department / Group: Operations – Air Freight
Hiring Manager / Immediate Supervisor: Branch Manager-KWT
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: + 10,000 SR + Incentive on achieving targets and goals

JOB OVERVIEW
· Achieving profit growth by ensuring team members are meeting their individual targets
· They must also ensure that goods are moved safely and efficiently on behalf of an importer & exporter
· Preparing financial and management reports. This could involve liaising with transport, subcontractors, airline and customers
· Reports will need to be submitted to a director or manager at a specified time
· Include strategy and planning – including the development of operational strategies based on financial budgets
· Work to tight deadlines and so it is important that you can work under pressure on a daily basis and react to difficult situations,
· which may occur when deadlines look as though they may not be achieved
· Need to carry out staff performance reviews in line with their company’s procedures as part of their management role
· Daily coordination with customs clearance brokers to get the status of each shipment on a day to day basis to assess the progress
· of each shipment at customs and ensure that the status reports are updated to each client on daily basis as per the requirement
· of the client/consignee
· Daily coordination with transporters to ensure the shipments are delivered on timely manner
· To ensure that all customers are satisfied with our services and the company which we represent
· Required to carry out inductions or training of new personnel. Alternatively, you may have to manage the training of new personnel
· and maintain records

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking account of the perishable or hazardous nature
· of the goods, cost, transit time and security
· Arranging appropriate packing, taking account of climate, terrain, weight, nature of goods and cost, and the delivery and
· warehousing of goods at their final destination
· Negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs
· Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications
· and compliance with overseas countries' regulations and fiscal regimes
· Offering consolidation services by air, sea and road, ensuring cost-effective and secure solutions tosmall shippers who have
· insufficient cargo to require their own dedicated units
· Liaising with third parties to move goods (by road, rail, air or sea) in accordance with customer requirements
· Arranging insurance and assisting the client in the event of a claim
· Arranging payment of freight and other charges or collection of payment on behalf of the client
· Utilizing e-commerce, internet technology and satellite systems to enable real-time tracking of goods
· Arranging air transport for urgent and high-value freight and managing the risk door to door
· Arranging charters for large volume, out-of-gauge or project movements by air and sea
· Acting as broker in customs negotiations worldwide to guide the freight efficiently through complex procedures
· Dealing with special arrangements for transporting delicate cargoes, such as livestock, food and medical supplies
· Arranging courier and specialist hand-carry services
· Working closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations to deadlines
· Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey, including the production
· of management reports and statistical and unit cost analysis
· Acting as a consultant in customs matters
· Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations and other factors that could affect
· the movement of freight

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· Experience in logistics and freight forwarding specialization in import, export, customs clearance and air cargo.
· Strong leadership skills to head a team of Saudi brokers.
· Good English & Arabic communications / written skills.
· Experience in Saudi Arabia is a requirement.
