Compass Logistics International is an internationally oriented corporate group with head offices in Bremen and Dubai. Compass Logistics International implements logistics solutions for customers looking to tap into new markets and growth opportunities in various regions such as Europe, Middle East, Far East, Indian sub-continent, Africa and North America.

The prerequisites for growth in these markets are our specialist for transport and distribution, air and sea freight, contract logistics, dangerous goods transportation and project logistics. Founded in 2013, Compass Logistics International offers customers from different industry and retail sectors individual transport and logistics solutions from a single source. Today we are present with 1,500 employees at 52 locations in 22 countries around the world. Among others for multinational enterprises in the oil and gas industry, the textiles and furniture sectors, plant engineering and for customers in the FMCG sector, for example from the beverages industry.

Kieserling

International contract logistics

The name Kieserling is associated with the evolution of a Bremen-based company with a long tradition. Founded as a haulage firm by Erich Kieserling in 1927 and brought into the container age by Karsten Kieserling from 1966, Kieserling Holding GmbH today stands for a modern logistics group with a range of services tailored to meet the requirements of a variety of industries and sectors. As a contract logistics specialist, the owner-run company with staff numbering around 900 takes on complex tasks along the value chain of customers in industry and the retail sectors. The Kieserling Logistics Group incorporates companies specialising in personnel logistics, freight forwarding and IT. Managing partner and sole shareholder of CLI Holding is Bremen-born Michael Müller. As of January 2013, Kieserling is part of Compass Logistics International AG, a joint venture between Kieserling Holding and Compass Ocean Logistics set up by Michael Müller and Abdul Sameer Mohamed with the aim of continuing to pursue internationalisation.

Compass Ocean Logistics is one of the fastest-growing freight forwarding and logistics companies in the Middle East. Founded in Saudi Arabia in the year 2000 by Indian-born Abdul Sameer Mohamed, the company offers its customers links to the world’s growth regions.

Starting out as an air and ocean freight forwarding business, over the past few years Compass Ocean Logistics has developed to become a provider of integrated logistics services with more than 350 employees at locations in the Middle East, Far East, and Indian Sub-continent, North and South America. Its own transport and warehousing capacities as well as an established network of partners facilitate access to new markets for customers from around the world. Compass Oceans Logistics is co-founder and joint venture partner of Compass Logistics International AG headquartered in Germany and UAE.

RSB Logistic

Moving project and dangerous goods

RSB Logistic Projektspedition GmbH specialises in worldwide transports with exceptional safety requirements and requiring special handling. As a project and dangerous goods logistics provider, in which the German power supply group RWE was temporarily a shareholder, the company holds all licences and certifications required to transport dangerous goods, including approval for the transport of highly hazardous substances. Founded in Cologne in 1930, RSB Logistic has continuously expanded its geographical presence in the course of its successful history. In 1993, Kieserling acquired the RWE shares and expanded with RSB Projektspedition GmbH; today the most important markets include Europe, Canada and the USA. The company also has branch offices in Australia and Namibia. As of early 2013, RSB Projektspedition has been incorporated in Compass Logistics International AG.
