One of our clients based in Dammam is a Specialist Organization for Engineering Supplies and Technical Services in the field of Control systems, Instrumentation and Allied Engineering. It serves primary and secondary industries, public utilities, medical, marine and communications applications. They import heavy and oversized machinery from USA and UK on a regular basis and we, Compass Ocean Logistics, moves their cargo for them.

Compass Ocean Logistics arrange to ship their huge Pig Launcher from the UK to Dammam port and from the Port to their site. This was an overweight and over sized shipment, hence we arranged a special Charter Ship, which was escorted by the Traffic Police, UK, from the Supplier’s site to the Port Terminal. They shipment was loaded on two Mafi Trailers. The Dimensions were 13.85L x 2.50W x 2.55H and the total weight was 30 Tons.
